I have things like wuster sauce, breadding, garlic, paprika, spice packets.

It's a big pack and I won't eat it all today, but whenever I microwave my chicken the next day it tastes terrible.

How can I improve my chick drumstick experience? Hopefully without having to make a special trip to the grocery store.

Why are you cooking your dark meat? It's best to give those trash cuts to your dogs/cats/foxes raw because it retains more of the vitamins for them.

Rub them with: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper flakes, whatever else you like. NO WET MARINADES. Put them in your fridge for a couple hours on a plate or better yet, something to let them dry out all around the leg. Drying them will help keep the skin crispy. I smoke mine with applewood, but if its your oven, cook them at 300 until almost temped to 160 and then crank the heat to 450 to finish them and get them nice and crispy.

I'm sorry to hear that. You know breasts were $1.79 lb. just a week or two ago. For some reason it's all about the same price now which baffles me. Did you get them from a distribution or food bank?

Well, in this case, I suppose if you can swallow your self respect there are a few things to do. I normally make a hearty stock if I don't give it to my animals. I'm sure some other poorfags here can help you better. Good luck and keep your chin up. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Just rememberd I have a jar of butter chicken sauce. Best to cook the chicken in the oven then pull the meat off and put it in some rice?

Any tips on how to cook them in the oven? I want it to be flavorful.

I get all of my meat from the "Ethic Market". It's sometimes halal and always cheaper than the regular grocery store.

I go there expecting to spend over $100 but then my bill miraculously turns to $80

Hmm sounds really good, I have all that stuff. Maybe I'll cook half like that and the other half into the butter chicken sauce. Or do you think it would be even better if I did all that and THEN put it in the sauce?

It's in the oven. Smells great. I didn't dry them out because I'm too hungry.

Its okay they should still be good, its just about keeping them somewhat dry to keep the skin crispy.

Brine the chicken, dip in a mix of eggs milk and hotsauce, bread it with flour, salt, pepper, paprika and some chili powder.
Do the dip and flour again and then let it sit for about 10 minutes then deep fry it.

This is how rich people actually eat, anon. They just source more expensive chicken and higher quality spices
