They're rich and they live and work in close proximity to all the best restaurants in their city so that's where they go. They buy breakfast and a coffee from the cafe on the ground floor of their modern office tower, then they go out for lunch to a nice restaurant nearby, then they go home, then they go out for dinner again at another nice restaurant.
