What kind of bullshit Greek food are you eating? Souvlaki, gyros and pastitio are great. One of the best meals I ever had was a spitroasted piglet in some tiny village on a Greek island I visited

Is just meat-on-stick. It's nothing special. Almost literally every culture on earth has meat-on-stick and unlike the Greek variant, many of them actually taste good because they're not drowned in lemon and oregano.

Chinese is good, but also mostly fake and not really chinese.

The Chinese Communist Party outlawed cooking anything but a basic nutritionaly balanced stew for many years considering anything else wasteful decadence.
This was after the communist revolution with millions purged, and millions more starving.

As a result the majority of Chinese culinary knowledge and recipes were lost.
What is called chinese today is actualy American.
But yeah chinese food is good.
