Just add a quarter of the plate worth of some kinda mushroom(beech, wood ear or even some shiitake) add some fine cut chives on top, maybe swap the sausages for a pork chop and you are gold. Pretty solid dinner, anon. I kinda envy you right now.

Yeah evening here, work week is done, dinner is down, and I think I'm about to crack open some beers whilst I grave this webpage with progressively shittier shitposting into the night. Need to make some plans for tomorrow too, nice weather and I sometimes waste my weekends by being lazy.

I'll forewarn youse guys now that despite making my meatballs with honest ingredients I do use a bread crumb packet that's specifically designed for meatballs and meatloaves because it's just so good. It's cumbs but also salt and onion and a mix of powders which I think are starch and milk. It's just so good I stopped soaking breadcrumbs because it's so good. That and a Stock Pot™ are my only shortcuts I promise

I don't eat sausage anymore but it looks good OP. I usually make potatoes of some kind with a mushroom gravy. The circular slices might be offputting to some but overall nice job. How did you make the potatoes if you don't mind me asking? Oven?
