I bought like 9kg of pic related 6 months ago. I quickly realised i only know like one decent noodle dish and after making chicken chow mein like a dozen times, the rest of the box has just taken up space in my kitchen

Can anyone recommend what i can make with noodles.
Ideally relatively easy recipes and poorfag friendly.

Why not make something with beef instead of chicken, or pork? Use different veggies like broccoli, or bell peppers, or chives. Could also just make any soup.

Tahini and chili crisp
Make a thick-ass broth to dip them in tsukemen-style
Pretty much any braised sloppa you can dump on

If you can make chow mein then make lo mein for a dish that needs a saucier noodle. You can put any protein with that noodle and it's technically a different dish but that's being a bit disingenuous.

I like to make Dan Dan noodles.
It's like a spicy Chinese version of Spaghetti Bolognese.

Pasta Amatriciana would be good for those types of nudes if you like tomato:

Also 1-pot oven spaghetti:

You can make noodles with anything that isn't too dry, or chunky. I sometimes use it with leftovers that aren't too heavy on carbs. If necessary cut them up a bit and add a few egg yolks (see that it mixes with a bit of pasta water), cream or tomato sauce if necessary.
Heck, I even tried coconut milk and it worked perfectly fine. In college I made noodles with baked beans. Wouldn't do it nowadays, but it was totally fine.
If you want to go nuts, try honey, cream, cinnamon and berries (serve cold).
