You can eat american rice, yes, however raw american egg yolk, i'd advise against it.

I have eaten hundreds of raw american eggs and only gotten intestinal parasites once. You'll be fine.

Also CA SEFS Compliant eggs aren't just sold in California.
Check the cartons in the store if you live outside of California. They're actually pretty common out-of-state.
