I had one with hazelnut cream. You can basically make it yourself, just slather any cream you want on chocolate and sprinkle dry noodles on it

this one time I gave the auntie at the store a little bag of chocolates and a 4 pack of soda
now when i go in and she's working she undercharges me and gives me free candy. last week it was these tiny $4 pistachio chocolates. pretty good but not worth that price
