Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, AZ
perfect in every way, even the olive oil, espresso, and gelato afterwards were perfect
I'd recommend not going to the OG location with a 3 hour wait, but one of the other locations with way more tables and space

Alternatively this one on the island of Santorini in Greece. It doesn't look particularly special but it was so so fucking good, excellent meats and free ice cold beers.

And I say this having been to Naples
Anonymous No.21710954 [Report]
After being on a strict diet for several months, I took a cheat day and ordered the "Special" with extra cheese from a little mom and pop local place. The Special consists of sausage, mushroom, onion, and green pepper. The sausage is fresh and raw when put on the pizza, and cooked in the oven. Not that frozen shit you get everywhere else. It's a real basic pizza, but the ingredients are on point and their crust is the best of any place I have had. Sometimes depending on whose working, when I order extra cheese, they give me extra extra cheese. This was one of those times. Their pizza is usually a 10/10 in my book, but after coming off that long diet, it was a 12/10. I live close to their restaurant, and usually the guys get it to me so fast, I have to wait for it to cool down before digging in.

>in oven: just the dough and tomate
>put on right after the oven: adding herbs to the tomato, mozzarella slices (that melt), basil and finally the pesto rosso
might look like they're skimpy or lacking, they might even be skimpy, but the tomato tastes amazing and the bits are amazing, really tasty

Honestly, the one I make myself. Nothing fancy, I use frozen premade dough and hunts tomato sauce (mixed with a little chipotle powder to give it kick), but the game-changer is 1/4 lb of provolone from the deli, sliced thin. Dough, sauce, provolone, half your mozzarella, toppings (I'm a basic pepperoni bitch), other half your mozz, 425* for 13 minutes, under the broiler for 90 seconds, comes out perfect. I also grease the pan with lard, bacon fat if I have it, leaves the crust nice and crisp on the bottom. I will say, though, I live in a piece of shit flyover fucking Hamlet, so I can't compare with real city pizza.

I compare it to pro football QBs.
If it's bad I compare it to a jobber like Justin Fields, if it's mediocre I'll compare it Joe Flacco or Kerry Collins, if it's new and great I'll say it's like Justin Herbert, if it got a lot better after a minor change you've got yourself a Daniel Jones, if its really truly amongst the greatest food I've ever eaten it's getting the Brady/Manning comparison

Went to this new pizzeria where the guy had won some awards and had a really nice oven, I don’t know much about pizzas but we chatted a little bit and he seemed passionate. Pizzas were delicious and the only thing that hurt the experience was that he must not have had a lot of startup capital so the place was in a bad part of town, so there was a weird shabby looking guy sitting in the front that appeared to be guarding the shop from the hobos living in the park next door.

It was here
>Name: Aria pizza & cucina
>Place: Caselle di Sommacampagna Near Verona, Italy
I'm Italian and here we have a lot of Pizzerie, from the egyptian that cook kebab to the gourmet restaurnat to the humble take away pizzeria of mom and pops (Father and daughter near my house). So here it's easier finding the shitty pizzeria than the good one since a lot are good. But this one near verona for me was another story, I still remember
>Go on vacation with Ex-GF gifted me a SPA weekend in a Hotel SPA near Verona
>In the room are included dinner to the restourant near the Hotel
>We decide that we don't take the Pizza because we can eat it at home
>When entering the resturant we smell the pizza and it's so fucking fantastic and the pizza on the plate of others look so good and they have a wood oven.
>we take the pizza and never regret it
My favorite pizza, after that I never found anything like it.

Pizza King, Dayville CT. RIght on the RI-CT border, surrounded by beautiful nature, but it shut down a few years ago. I transplanted a few wintergreen plants from their surrounding woods and keep them now till they multiply further for culinary purposes, such as tea infusions. RIP

My philosophy when deciding on the best pizza is; would it look aesthetic when on a checkered table cloth with wood panel walls and with my over 6ft tall red haired wife who has prominent front teeth and prominent clavicle near by?

Also, is it vegan?

So I decided on the Tomato Sauce + vegan Dough + Sweet Peppers + Tabasco sauce.
