I like to save these videos to give me ideas for new dishes or techniques. I post it to for others for the same reason.
At no point did I think about the noobs on this board. You have a valid point. However, instead of crying about it, how about asking a seasoned cu/ck/ what the seasonings are? That's a basic ass Japenese style curry and chicken katsu.
Lastly, you didn't ask me or anyone what the ingredients you don't recognize are. I can't tell you for certain what those spices are, but I can give an approximation via recipe probability and my cooking experience. The herbs in this video are probably either cilantro or Italian cilantro.
