It was originally going to be a horror movie about a toon-human hybrid wanting to murder his father. I imagine it would have been a mix of Halloween and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It sucks that the only other attempt at a premise like this was Evil Toons in 1991, but the toon barely shows up.
