My imaginary thoughts on Frankie's fat ass aside, I still say it works well. Irwin should be female and attracted to mandy still, but the foul wretched red head brat needs to be male for his teasing to really get under mandy's skin. Not only is she fearing losing billy but also that she's not attractive enough for him. It plays on her insecurities, or rather preys on them

well based on the OP pic it seems Mindy has the role of "second best friend of one main character, has enormous crush on the other main character" that Irwin has in canon(with Mindy being friends with Mandy and having a crush on Billy), so presumably Irwin has Mindy's canon "nemesis to one of of the main characters" role(which is likely that he and Billy can't stand each other)

course since as established with Billy and Mandy's own swapping it's not quite a 1:1 sort of thing(Mandy's still smart, Billy's not quite as nasty as canon Mandy can be), so I imagine Mindy's still the most popular kid in school while Irwin's still an utter loser, which adds some additional fresh angles to this AU

Apparently, she takes on the role of a billy simp. I do like this AU as it leads potential to mess with some of the original concepts of these characters. So we can play around with certain aspects instead of trying to do a full on swap.

I honestly prefer it as is because then that's kind of just a pure direct swap which leads to a lot of extra forced character concepts.

This one seems more based around, just personality changes that lead to a bit more massive changes down the line. Which can be more fun since not all the swapping has to be direct

Tried to give it a first ep or basic adventure thing, Liked the idea that saliva is the exact same. So him and mandy are great together. Also wanted to make eris a bit of a depressing reaper like grim but keep her valley girl accent and vibe. Think could make her and mandy get along well kind of like better version of grim and billy. But the flaw is eris is a mean girl when she's not on a losing streak. Could see her manipulating or tricking mandy, she'd be the type to help mandy get popular but then steal the spotlight. I see her as a shitty big sister with mandy, and with billy she's a overworked assistant. Any notes???

Kind of like idea that chaos god grim, is much chiller more mudane chaos. Like he actually likes his job but is the type to let chaos just run wild. Someone asks for some chaos and he gives it to you know scheme or deal, but then it slowly snowball effects from wanting a piece of candy to burning down half the town. Chaos theory style.

Alright then end did have a extra part to the ending but think this works well as it fits a bit with the og show version. Also made my own version of the phrase, and added it to the theme of the concept. So felt more like ghostly possession but it's the same one so she is just slamming her head into people lol. But having fun with concept myself what do you guys think? I still like valley girl shitty big sis eris, as it kind of plays on the og eris who wanted so badly to be mandy's mentor but would always humilate or fuck her over last second. Now she does the same but mandy's also her only lifeline out of billy's wrath and stupidity.

Just me but I saw him more as a popular but hated nerd. Like one of those iida esque guy, he is much more confident but more like a douche type. He's the type of guy to hit on mandy and basically force her into a date because he's just very forceful and cocky. Maybe since irwin wasn't so smart in the og show we could make him kind of fake genius the type to steal people like mandy's notes or credit. Just smart and popular enough no one bats a eye.
