It's gonna be controversial and he's gonna do some shit I won't love (what kind of idiot thinks Wolverine can actually take Spidey in a fight, and what the fuck was up with that war machine solo) but he will have a bold take and he would bring back continuity without being slave to it. He's good with talent and understands story structure, and can keep a standard. Like a Shooter that can see the edges of his own ego

put work aiming at a younger demographic like kids and teens, the other only for the real hardcore fans like heavy reference and a little of cheese cake and implied violence. and the last one a middle of the ground that work as a bridge to help the younger reader to move away from movie tier comics and to keep the hardcore fans in line
