Has a comic or cartoon ever made you genuinely angry as a kid? Or even as an adult?

For me it was Johnny Test, FG, later seasons of FOP and nuSpongebob.

Yes. I was devastated back in 1991 when I picked up (what I didn't realize at the time) was the final issue of Goofy Adventures, only to read in the letters column that Disney had cancelled every single comic in their entire comic line except for comics featuring only reprints. This included Mickey Mouse Adventures, Goofy Adventures, DuckTales, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, and the two that mattered most to me, Roger Rabbit and Roger Rabbit's Toontown. I was young at the time and these comics were basically my life. I bought every single comic from that publisher monthly, with the exception of the three that they didn't cancel - Uncle Scrooge, Disney's Comics & Stories, and Donald Duck Adventures. I did like those books, but they were all obviously older comics from the 1940s-60s and I was more into the newer stories. Anyway, yes, that made me genuinely angry to the point of tears.

Never. Not once.
My best friend from when I was a kid used to get super angry at Gary from Pokemon and Roger from Doug. I used to think he was a weirdo to get do upset by fictional characters in fictional media doing fictional things. Like… why?

I had a few instances of anger with cartoons

>samurai jack's ending was fucking garbage
>unicorn warriors eternal takes 7 episodes tog et the ball rolling for reals and the season just fucking ends out of nowhere
>steven universe ends the fucking cluster problem in a single episode, stopped watching the show after that
>Ultron became fucking garbage after season 2 so i stopped watching it completely as well
>regular show's melodrama parts, love the show but that shit was stupid in many levels, nobody likes it
>when i heard about the cancellation of sym bionic titan

The trope of the female lead/girlfriend getting inexplicably angry at the male lead over a simple misunderstanding in every cartoon/movie from my childhood led me to hating girls and made me the mysogynistic incel chud I am today.

I had an anxiety attack reading the Boys comic when Homelander forced himself on Starlight. It reminded me a lot of my own experiences as a kid with my dad. It was at that point I realized I really was a squeamish person. I used to be okay with x-rated stuff but in the last couple years I've found I can't stomach it anymore
