What are some foreign comics or cartoons that were gonna have an English release but got cancelled for whatever reason?
Kylion is a pretty obscure Italian Disney comic but in 2004 it had a Comic Con flipbook preview alongside W.I.T.C.H. indicating they were considering releasing it in English

There was work done for an official Astrid Bromure English translation that never came out
