He probably doesn't want to get picked up by any major network or streaming service since that would impose restrictions on him.
PPF is clearly a passion project to show his love of several things like old school fighting anime, vintage subs, and Toriyama. Any large publisher is going to expect him to change the formula to fit their profit needs and take away his freedom.
That being said smaller content conglomerate could give him money to make the series and then handle profiting off it themselves like Glitch does. The fact they feature him the glitch 2024 video for indie animation could imply they've at least talked about this option.

I don't think the creator of Punch Punch Forever actually WANTS it to "get picked up," anon. He's one of the few indie animators with the skills necessary to make multiple episodes of his own cartoon with a relatively small team and a limited budget. The episodes won't come out as quickly, but that's okay; Speedo's doing what he loves~
