Should make a hard rule that isn't Half-Century war since that's most people including me's default answer. Still need to get round to reading the entirety of Rules of Earth and the SpaceGodzilla solo by Matt Frank was pretty cool as an alien focused issue with everyone's favourite evil space clone being a bastard.

Bagorah both in design and name feels right at home in the Toho Kaiju lineup, genuinely a top notch original monster. I think the Marvel Godzilla run also has some great original kaiju but they do feel very specifically marvel if that makes sense and I don't mean it as a bad thing.

I'm still waiting for them to do a new Orga figure, Final Wars Ebirah or Kamacuras and a Gigan Miles would be nice since Gigan rex figures are stupid rare/expensive.

Bagan is essentially the most unused Godzilla monster who was planned to be in countless film for years but never did with very differing designs and only officially appearing in Super Godzilla the SNES game and Godziban shorts. His most iconic look getting to be made into a figure recently. Honestly you could easily make a toyline from all his rejected designs alone, though can do the same with Orga since he had some wildly different concept art before settling on the lumpy big handed shoulder holed g-cell mutated alien I have great fondness for.

It's funny how IDW's Godzilla stuff is either really good or wildly underwhelming. Usually you can tell by which artists are doing the interiors mainly.
