I'd say there was an original big four of Dexter, Powerpuff Girls, Ed Edd n Eddy, and Courage, then a second one consisting of Ed Edd n Eddy, Kids Next Door, Billy and Mandy, and then Fosters. Samurai Jack was always sort of its own deal airing on Toonami even if it was super popular.

Regular Show is honestly pretty decent probably the last cartoon America made for male audiences that can be described at Bros Being Bros. Is it perfect? No. I recommend you dodge any romance episode, any episode with the female genius Eileen who is an obnoxious Mary Sue, and the entire final season. That leaves you with at least five season's worth of worthwhile episodes to enjoy.

Regular Show is a neat show because its always fun to see the main characters deal with a super natural happening.

Gumball is a show that only registered to people when the other shows started to lose relevance. And then it still needed the internet to push it out there. Really it was a big three, with SU joining last pretty late, and Gumball's push as some sacred four is a revisionist thing.

In terms of overall popularity and cultural impact, AT comfortably wins. It had a thanksgiving day parade float, a Simpsons couch gag, a shitton of merch, and nearly a theatrical movie. RS never reached that level of mainstream recognizability. It's below SU, and maybe even Gumball at this point.
