Loss prevention aren't a bunch of well trained Batman detectives. Many Walgreens don't even have lp. My local CVS barely even has someone at a cash register, the cashier is often times off doing other things inside the store.

For a while Walgreens were a big market for Todd's toys. He realized after they closed KB, Sam Goody, and other stores they used to sell McFarlane toys in, that Walgreens was an option for sell. Lead to a few years where they had a bunch of exclusive toys.
