Yesterday a pint-sized Spidey took on some terrible toy, Daredevil challenged webhead to a quip-off, and one of Peter's schoolmates threw her hat into the supers' ring
Today we get another Spider mini

Was a bit concerned since my browser didn't want to open, but a quick reboot and everything seems okay
Surprised Kaine can keep his big beard and huge teeth hidden under his mask
I guess none of Flash's military career counts for anything (yet)
Okay I had to go back and check Lost Years
Because she didn't die there, they rode off into the sunset together
>>149061282Her death was alluded to at the end and then also a couple of times before Lost Years came out, but we never actually saw it
Ben don't... lash out at the cops
I know it's standard procedure, but come on man, don't break their window
>>149061681spider-menaces all of them.
>>149061681I wonder if Peter will instinctively blame Ben for this
>>149060979 (OP)>lost yearsOkay, THIS time we will find out who Wild Whip is, right?
Introducing a new mystery character?
>>149061843the benevolent bandage man?
>>149061877Doesn't seem so benevolent to me
They stopped colour coding the thought bubbles
>>149062114THE BENEVOLENT BANDAGE MAN WAS BEN REILLY?
Nevermind, Kaine's are still his
>>149062149Oh hey, they do mention his suit has a purpose.
>>149062149I like Kaine he's so over dramatic
>No! I will take Ben to gold in the suffering olympics!
>>149062413why doesn't kaine have nipples
>>149062493Pretty much the same reason Malenia doesn't.
>>149062493They degenerated off, that's like 60% of his suffering right there
You're a complicated creature, Kaine
>>149062685>GLENN'S COMMENTS : As you know, there was no LOST YEARS franchise ever launched out of the Spider-Man line. REDEMPTION represents the one and only extension of the LOST YEARS limited series, and it was the final word on Ben Reilly's years on the road. I think it's safe to say that it'll never be collected in a trade paperback, and will never be referred to again in Spider-Man continuity, since Marvel has wanted to distance itself as much as possible from the clone saga and Ben Reilly and everything connected with them. I certainly understand that sentiment, and I don't blame the folks at Marvel for wanting to move forward. It's just a shame that REDEMPTION, which I consider to be an extremely entertaining and satisfying project, with a top-flight creative team, is lumped in with the most unpopular era in Spider-Man's history and will probably be forgotten-if it hasn't already been.Well, at least Glenn was partially wrong on this one. He's still kinda right about the last point though unfortunately
THE END
Good read too
Tomorrow we're back to less heavy stuff, with more Untold Tales and Team-Up
>>149062766Thanks Magister. One of my favourite stories from this whole thing
>>149062766Thanks for storytiming, Magister!
>>149062766Ah Ben, you deserve so much better. Thanks, Magister.
>crunching the numbers to see if I can finish the clone saga before goin on vacation
>>149063331Got 7-8 days worth of stories by my count
>>149062767yeah, right after he fixes Ben
>>149062766Thanks for the storytime Magister
I'm not sure if it actually matters, but Kaine's description of Ben shifts from believing they are both clones to that Ben was the source, but continues with the same relation to Ben.
>>149068998Kaine really doesn't care about that. He just hates Ben with his guts and looks up to him at the same time. Clone or not
>>149068838Thank god Peter wasn't going to a gun show.
