Thief breaks into an Evil Scientist lab to steal stuff, winds up getting Plastic Man powers, uses her new abilities to try and steal stuff whilst (mostly) masquerading as a hero.
The supporting cast are pretty fun: Hollt Daze, Christmas-themed Harley Quinn expy who is Imp's best friend, Polecat, staff-wielding vigilante, Captain Lightning, the foremost hero in the city and the most suspicious of Imp, and Even Steven, a Ditko homage who can exactly match an opponent's strength to try and prove that good always wins in an even fight.
