Spider-Man wasn’t a raceswap tho. Miles was always intended to be a separate character because not even Bendis is ballsy/retarded enough to try to replace Peter Parker with a black guy. Black Wally was supposed to be THE main Wally because the New 52 was meant yo be the only DC Universe but it didn’t take and so they brought White Wally and said
