One of the stretchers I feel is underutilized is Plastic Man's son, Luke O'Brian. I also think that the stuff around him is just a mess. With the name changes and stuff really bothering me. Even as a child I deeply admired mister fantastic, he wasnt by far my favorite superhero, but i really loved his powers, mix it with his Inteligente and presto! you have one of the coolest character ever.

Talking about actual powers, plastic man is the winner to me, if we're not talking about other stuff like luffy's haki and toonforce on his gear fifth, reed richards Intelligence, or piccolo's ki.

In my mind is:

If were talking about raw power and other power up abilities, is probably:

This on one is kinda blurry to me, because plastic man has the most raw and ovepowerful stretch powers, luffy has haki and toonforce powers. Piccolo's ki rival saiyan blue ki and he's an actual martial artist, while Mister fantastic Intelligence could totally oversmart every single of them.
Dhalsim in the end is just a street fighter with a gimmick compared.
Everyone else in that pic is not that relevant to me, maybe Disney elastigirl, but she's essentially a watered down plastic man.

The girl with the horns is Beast Girl, not a shapeshifter like Beast Boy. On top of being inherently more animal-like, she can also affect people's amygdala, allowing her to induce fear, frenzy, or calmness on others.
