Bottom works best for what the looney tunes show was, like as a mildly wacky sitcom that is mostly grounded.
I feel overall though Space Jam Lola works better over all. I think it would be fairly easy to pivot that kind of personality to match someone like Buggs' average adventure style. Like that version of her would fit way better with trickster almost always on top of things buggs than ditz Lola.

Bottom no contest. Space Jam Lola straight up sucks, just a bland piece of ass with no characterization beyond 90s "gurl power" and exists solely to give Bugs a case of the not gays. TLTS Lola is an actual character and an entertaining one at that. She also works as a great foil for Bugs and the chemistry between them is formed naturally. Same goes for Tina who they put a lot of effort into not just being a girl Daffy.
