What's the reason behind making furries protagonists of your webcomic? Why do so many webcomics have furries in them?

A large chunk of gen x and millennials were raised by lead-addled and career-obsessed parents that subscribed to "cry it out" (ie do not soothe an infant so that it stops trying to prompt soothing behaviors by crying) which led to a generation of people with deep psychological scars relating to the idea of other people being capable of and willing to provide emotional connection.

Furries are effectively human in their capacity to speak and reason and interact, but as they are technically not human they bypass that trauma-induced bias which allows for emotional connection.
This is often bolstered by the fact that most of gen x and millennials received unconditional love they never experienced from their parents when interacting with pets.

Yes. Art and story does start a bit rough but improves as time goes on, arcs becoming very compelling. Characters are also very sexy, world-building is good and the creator knows how to draw good paws and build lore around them. Keith is also best boy. It's over 1,000 pages now but you can comfortably knock it out in about several evenings.

I'm pretty sure it's the cost of getting a publisher rather than publishers being aware of what furries really are. Publishing companies are still run by jews and if the jews don't see a pitch that makes money, it won't get published. Also, furries might have the money, but they're still small and niche so jews in publishing don't see a profit.

That's a extremely farfetched theory based on pretty much what you imagine must be true, and very simply broken by even the slightest, easily obtainable, evidence of younger or older generations with that fetish.

In general furries as a concept are often attributed to cartoon animals, which themselves came to be due to limitations in early animation.

Famously the mangaka for Astroboy, well known fan of disney and often called Grandfather of modern manga, was a furry. Her daughter straight up narc on him after his dead, showing his private drawings she found on his drawers. He was born in 1928, obviously Japan, so no gen X there.

I think finding them on his private drawer, and all of them being so obviously erotic, are the real issue, and not the thing itself being surprising.
Also, mouse nipples.

Not that it's an actual issue, but it just goes to show that he was, undeniably, a furry. And it wasn't just artistic vision or anything else, which was ideal for the point being made.

No it doesn't, and it's hilarious that you think any theory describing a psychological trend would be exclusive. That's not how psychology works, nor is it how trends work.

Ok, but it was a lot easier to find this one and to use it as proof for my point. And again, my point stands exactly the same.

Pay attention to this, because I am both tired but also invest enough that I want to close this conversation:

This isn't a thread about Ozamu Tezuka, it's a thread about the reason for why "Why do so many webcomics have furries in them?"
In which somebody said
>>149097265
>A large chunk of gen x and millennials were raised [...] to "cry it out"
>as [furries ]are technically not human they bypass that trauma-induced bias which allows for emotional connection.

To which I pointed out one example, with a simple demonstration, that shows a non-millennial / non gen X, well know fan of Disney by his own admission, that was a furry.

Why, oh why, do you have to be so fucking autistic? What point are you trying to make?
That I shouldn't had said that her daughter narc on him? She did, it's like showing people your porn history; even if most people know or suspect what you like, or if you are not exactly covered about it, it's fairly a dick move.

Simple and farfetched are not antonyms, but also it's not really "simple", it's just you pulling out of your ass a dataless assumption.

Also, an example to the contrary of an affirmation is often used exactly like
Your proposition:
>It's because of loneliness and this shit I just said (won't rewrite it again)
My counter
>Then why were so many well known cases of furries before and after that generation?

Honestly, It's on me for giving a shit about what you have to say and trying to interact with you when it's not clearly not worth it. It's just such a fucking retarded thing to say, tho, like such confidence on something that idiotic makes me thing you might actually be retarded. Not as a joke, but as in "I go to a special class" level.

For my mental health, and due to the fact that I am clearly caring about this more than what I should, I taking off of this thread, but not before saying I will; because I really don't want people to answer to this an expect me to either read said answer or keep interacting at all.
