Forget the author name, 90's run with Matrix Supergirl, the one with the first issue cover of her holding a skateboard.
And I think people liked her as a Red Lantern during New 52.
Other than that, there's not a lot, just pick up a Golden or Silver age Omni.

Yeah, Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade, while obstinately an all-ages/YA book, is well-paced and funny, and often gets recommended on 4chan for people asking about Supergirl books. There's a scan of the original TPB collection and a pirated rip of the 2020 re-issue, so it's also easy to find.

The Silver Age omni has been pirated so you can find it on-line, there's a certain charm and fairly good art, but it won't be very action-oriented if that's what really appeals to you. The Peter David (1990s' run) which someone else recommended is probably more of that if that's what you seek. Unfortunately, other than Being Super, the more recent Supergirl books have been more mid than not.

good art, so worth a quick skim; it's technically readable but convoluted while also being decompressed nonsense that could have been told in three floppies, at most.
