The average height for women in the US is 5'4" and Messi has a good body. I don't think he'd struggle to hook up if he wasn't rich and famous.

Now, (you) shouldn't really care about height (unless it's on the topic of self defense). You can't change it. And if a chick doesn't want you because of it, then that's that. As long as she didn't treat you in a rude manner, it is just a preference. I have a friend who's 5'1 and he's one of the dudes who's most had sex in our friend group. I sincerely have no idea on how he does it. He's not in shape either, he's got quite the belly.
But yeah, I've received more shit due to my height from other men than from women. Like, only 1 chick I've approached thought I was too short for her, and to be fair she was 5'10 (although I did get with another chick who was 5'10 too soo).
