Kamala Khan for example.
Shes never had ripped and tattered clothing after a battle.
What up with that?

Are complete bullshit because Reed stretched with him at first via comics magic.

Every time I see or hear about superheroines with ripped clothes, I mostly think on my beloved beefy Cass in which she should have ripped clothes for most of her fights or in TF situation. I need it so badly.

I read a blog once by a comic writer-artist wanting more ryona (bloody face, ripped clothes, etc.) from western comics. It turned out to be a tranny.

It's something that happens to male characters more than heroines these days. A mix of pandering to the new target audience they wish they had, and knowing that Karen is going to chimp out if there's some serious fanservice for male readers that might actually give someone a boner.

The simple answer is that comic artists and writers lack the creativity to remember that their characters are wearing clothes that can be torn.

When they think up a fight scene, all that goes through their head is "character A is fighting character B in location X" But they cannot visualise any deeper than that. They cannot imagine the reflections in the windows, the feeling of the stone floors, the sun in their eyes, the height of the ceilings, etc.

It's not that they're chosing not to draw ripped suits, it's simply that they haven't even thought of it

Hate when clothes get ripped and there's no injury underneath.
I'd like to see bruises, blood, broken bones and gore with ripped clothes.
