I don’t mean “so bad it’s good” stuff like Batman & Robin and Morbius, I mean movie that most consider bad that you still consider good or even underrated despite their flaws. For me it’s

>Batman Forever
>The Dark Knight Rises
>Spider-Man 3
>The Amazing Spider-Man 2
>X-Men: The Last Stand
>Daredevil (2003)
>Fantastic Four (2005)
>Thor: The Dark World
>Avengers: Age of Ultron
>Eternals
>Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
>Captain America: Brave New World
>Black Adam
>The Flash

Some of those movies aren't even considered bad by the average person. And TDKR is considered good by most and only the worst in the trilogy which is a high bar.

This doesn’t belong on this list it’s not only a good movie but pretty well regarded by everyone outside of like 6 hyper autistic Doomfags

The rest are utter ass juice but dark world and Batman forever are the “best” of the bunch.

I genuinely like Amazing Spiderman 1. I mean it has problems, but it's a fun movie with some decent action and acting. 2 is horrible.
Age of Ultron is overall a bad movie but I enjoy the parts with the Avengers fighting bad guys. I kind of look back on them slightly more fondly because in IW and Endgame, most of them are split up or dead for most of the run time. It's one of the few instances where they feel like a real team, ironically.

Dolph Lundgren Punisher is enjoyable if you ignore that it's a Punisher movie and try to view it as what it really is: a cheesy direct-to-video 80s b-grade action flick.

>Batman Forever
is better than Returns

>The Dark Knight Rises
Good film, annoying black bars appearing and disappearing.

>Spider-Man 3
The best of the trilogy, story is mixed, but a testament of what a creator can make of something he didn't want to do (venom).

>The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Over-hated and somehow the last good spidey film (being solo).

>X-Men: The Last Stand
I admit, it's kinda bland.

>Daredevil (2003)
Interesting story, good action, awkward acting.

>Fantastic Four (2005)
Decent flick and honest with its attempt.

>Thor: The Dark World
Over-hating the story because of attention span.

>Avengers: Age of Ultron
It's good and awkward at the same time.

>Eternals
No.

>Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Should've focused more on different design universes, rather than writing the story (also spamming "look it's Sam Raimi!").

>Captain America: Brave New World
It took a lot from prior, but had SOME nice details.

>Black Adam
Eh...

>The Flash
Only came for Bat Keaton.

OP, this is complete bait that it's not funny. These movies are actually very kino. Plus, the list only consist of just Marvel and DC movies. Don't you have any movies that are based off comics from other publishers like Dark Horse or Image?

This is a great movie imo. Not perfect, specially a a perfect Hulk movie, but it's damn good.

Now you may call me crazy but the first half of picrel is really, really good. After they get powers it goes into the trash, you can see it all studio reshots and the actors are clearly hating every second, specially Kate Mara and her awful wig.

Marvel shills have been going overdrive to push the narrative, just like when they got the x-men rights and wanted to act like more than half of the FoX-Men movies weren’t better than anything the MCU made after phase one.

Shit X2 might be the best cape flick ever.

It does belong on the list, there’s been this revisionism on this board once the MCU got Fantastic Four that the mid-2000s movies were anything more than bland which is something a Fantastic Four movie absolutely should not be. Jessica Alba was hot in a generic-2000s way and Chiklis was good but everything else was just either bland or bad.

Certain aspects of it.
>plane opening
>every single cop in Gotham getting taken out by Bane’s trap
>Batman teleporting from a middle east prison to Gotham
>Talia being a last minute twist villain
>Bane being anti-climactically killed by Catwoman
Some people also hate that Bruce gives up being Batman at the end but I never saw that as a negative.

I remember liking it
>X-Men: The Last Stand

>Age of Ultron
Was fine enough. Probably the only pure Avengers movie in retrospective.

Do things like the 1980 Popeye movie or the 1995 Casper movie count? They're both based on comics as well (even if they both are technically cartoons as well), and I personally loved the two as kids, even if they are riddled with plotholes

Make way for the man with no taste
>Howard the Duck (mostly for nostalgic reasons)
>Batman and Robin (it looks cool, "muh nipples" memery aside if Schumacher had one thing going for him, it's an eye for very cool breathtaking visuals)
>Ghost Rider and its non-sequel (sorry, all out of mercy)
>Spider-Man 3 (better than modern Spider-slop)
>all the Punisher movies from Lundgren to Stevenson (don't know if they're exactly bad, but none seem to have a stellar reputation with critics)
Honorable mentions
>X-Men 3 The Last Stand (mostly out of nostalgia for that one scene of human naked Mystique that I always paused on when I was a horny teenager)

The problem was Marvel forcing Whedon to insert some scenes for future movies and then cutting his big final scene where Ultron drones would pile together to become a giant robot. I felt robbed.

I agree. outside of Homecoming's third act, none of the MCU Spidey films really feel like Spider-Man stories, they just have an arachnid dude existing in the MCU. NWH third act was really good too, but A) I don't wanna call it a solo act, and B) it was cooler when watching the first time

The only "bad" Punisher movie is War Zone and that's because the director had contempt for comics and the character and decided to make a shlocky action film to entertain the masses. Whether it works or not is up to you.

Neither are flawless, but both are better than Ruffalo's Hulk who was only tolerable in the first Avengers.

Starting out with them as teenagers was interesting for the origin story.
But yea, the whole second half of the movie felt rushed. Like it should've been 30min~1hr longer.
