It's good to know it's planned for six books. Hope the first two do well enough to get the rest done so we can have a nice complete collection. As far as publishers go I think Cope made the best choice she could possibly make right now. Iron Circus is more willing to print weirdo stuff and is much more receptive to creator rights from what I've seen. It also helps that it's a publisher with plenty of crowdfunding and printing experience.

I hope Toma gets a happy ending for a bit. Dude was an absolute hero and one of the most honest, decent figures in this saga.

Took down a conspiracy to destroy his country from the inside, teamed up (and respected) people from a rival nation because they had the same goals, realized who his true love was, lost an arm, was so inspirational that the memories/spirits/??? of his allies came back from the afterlife to help him AND got fully custody of his daughter from a politically-conniving mother (including the guy she replaced Toma with being fed to the public).

It’s not possible to fix his eyes. At best he could get true pymaric replacements like what Duane has but there’s zero chance the Crescian state would allow precious first materials to be wasted like that.

Speaking as a librarian, although not an american one, you can probably just drop by with them, but it never hurts to send them an email as a heads up. Especially since, as a new, niche publication, they'll have to catalogue it from scratch rather than import a pre-existing metadata post from an external database, and that's something that an assistant manning the front desk is unlikely to have the training for.
