He is one of marvels best villians overall fucking period. Also the best kneegrow in marvel him and blade are tied for #1.

Its a fucking shame we never got a R rated punisher barracuda movie that shit would rake in over a billion easily with fuck all CGI in the film just tons of practical effects. Srsly we were robbed just think how ludo kino this movie could be. It pleases everyone minus the most mentally ill of leftists(barely even watch movies)youngkneegrows would fall in love with barracuda and demand he get his own spinoff movie/series thats like a dark ghetto ultra violence comedy .

Fun fact: Garth Ennis was very open about Barracuda being inspired by the folk character of Stagger Lee, to the point he's aguably a modern version of the character.

Actually one of the most fascinating and entertaining villains in general. I especially like how he's at once a mirror of Frank while also capable of being his own character in his solo series.

Not like he HAS much of a "rogues gallery" given how few villains have ever even made a second appearance.

I would read a comic about their adventures together, specifically what happened in that sweltering summer of '92.

What's his competition, really? Jigsaw is a two-dimensional mobster, Kingpin and Bullseye belong to Daredevil and Spidey more than Punisher, Bushwacker is a joke - Barracuda is the only villain who is exclusively Punisher's and not boring as fuck.

Because he's a sadistic fucker who very explicitly wanted to torture Frank's baby daughter to death in front of him while he's powerless to do anything but watch. Just shooting her in the head would rob him of that satisfaction. It's spelled out quite clearly in the comic, I don't know how you missed it.

I always wondered why Punisher MAX or Barracuda was never adapted for a mini series, especially with the big Marvel craze, the comic formats are basically storyboards for a 6 - 8 episode series.
