Kingpin has retroactively been powerscaled to hell after fighting Spider-Man so many times. He's supposed to just be a regular guy who's really into powerlifting, which is fine as a Daredevil villain since both are baseline humans at their core. A Spidey-adjacent Kingpin can do pic-related natty which makes it look like he could break Daredevil in half with a bearhug
