/co/ Mesugaki
Mesugaki are interesting. Shitty brats are even cute in a weird way.
Should the West have more of them?

Last thread you posted so muxh Reika that people complained, half the thread got deleted, and then the whole thread went away.
So please, as much as I like Tamaki Reika and her small clone Erika (and her American dopleganger Meri) don't derail

That's why I'm not posting an image.
I'm just saying the meaner the brat the more based they are. That is all.

Her arc in the show didnt even have proper closure and hinted at the idea of the Tea Timers getting sick of her and ditching her to be Craig's friends instead

No.
If you think so, you're not correct.

It's just a character archetype, but all character archetypes are fetishiable, this one has already been fetishized, and although I said all archetypes can fall into that, not all fall equally. Some are more niche than others and some have more staying power.
If you consider the specifics of the mesugaki, they're often:
-Female
-Very young, often teens and almost always preteens
-Deliberately designed to be beautiful and with style, because they're often rich and you have to depict that visually
-The bottom of jokes, which makes them funny characters and/or characters at the center of comedy scenes
-Characters existing in dynamics that, no matter what they are, have the underlying notion of "something is wrong with her"
-That "something wrong" is easier to understand, and therefore to write, as lacking. They don't lack money, so they probably lack affection
-When they get that affection, that normal completes their arch, and now they're lovely.
In their narratives it's common that a kind character gives them a chance and corrects them that way, and that of course awakes the fantasies of perverse men who want to correct their emotions through sex.

She was playing an angel in the play within the movie, they could've given her a diaper during the rehearsal and performance scenes and a minor subplot about needing to "go" during the big show and having an "accident" on stage near the end, but that would probably be a bit much...

> If you became wealthy AF and then had a daughter, how would you keep her from becoming one?

Make her go to church and learn about things like the 10 Commandments and The Good Samaritan.

But even that doesn't work because Jessica Lovejoy turned out to be a mesugaki too. The odds of me becoming rich and then making a daughter are pretty low. Although Jessica Lovejoy isn't really rich either. her father has to check out the Bible at the library every week.
