How do I add dynamism to my art. I feel like I do the same front facing, arms to the side pose every time. But idk but I can’t ever seem to understand how to draw like arms and legs in a way that’s in front of the body in a natural way. Also struggling a tad bit with porportions. Want him to feel Kid Goku if you get what I mean. And sometimes he does sometimes he doesn’t. Idk I’m frustrated

And I try to do something new or the line of action but just how the body should be contorted and molded alludes me. Maybe I’m just being cowardly. As for the shapes, I get what you mean, need to further break it down to get it right

As for kid Goku, yeah similar proportions but obviously not one for one. If you notice on the top left, I kinda gave him like Lego feet lmao. When really I want him to look like Kid Goku or have a similar body type. Normal looking yet stubby legs arms and torso. And I want him to feel as short as Kid Goku. He’s a short little fucker and is significantly smaller than the rest of the cast. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like I really capture that essence. And sometimes I make him look more teen than tween

I will say, the one thing that I’m glad for but bugs me out is that I’m solidifying how the story will go. Slowly every day I take these scenes and elements that have dead zones in between and slowly connect them together. This is a problem I’ve had when it came to storytelling before. Having beginning and ending but no middle. There is a lot of fleshing out I have to do still but I have something in the mind scape. But it irks me I can’t just take it and dump it onto the paper or screen or whatever. My vision and it’s all stuck in my head.
