The writing in this show is Joss Whedon tier trash and is a shitty unfunny relic of 80s/2000s adventure cartoons that should have never come back.
Super Mario Bros Super Show, Earthworm Jim, The Cuphead Show, Arcane, Castlevania, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Pokemon, Kirby Right Back Ya, Donkey Kong Country and Zero Wing are better videogame based adaptations that take more risks and have more autistic integrity than a shitty tryhard sonic show designed to sell toys to braindead children.
