You can't "fix" a psychopath. If Sedusa had a child with the professor, she would only stay to be a mother if she found the relationship and situation advantageous to her personal goals, which is typically money and beauty.

She might love him for the needs that he can satisfy, but it won't be the same kind of love that he would want or that most of society would find morally acceptable.

That's an even more frightening aspect as it implies the idea that Sedusa would be resentful of being a mother to the PPG.

I prefer the idea that she takes personal satisfaction that she's responsible of girls that are so powerful, which makes her feel powerful. And if she had her own child, the PPG make the promise that they'll help raise the kid and love them unconditionally. Maybe Sedusa wouldn't fully understand the emotion, but she would see that being a decent member of this family is very beneficial.

Why do you even assume she's a psychopath? She exhibits some sociopathological behavior, but so do all women who use their looks and seduction for personal gain. She also never did anything truly terrible as supervillains go, she was just after money. And here we can assume she has some sort of addiction to the thrill of getting the money through crime, or else she would just dig gold and be a legal millionaire like so many IRL unscrupulous seductresses.

>>149253206
That's kinda weak due to implications that wouldn't make sense, such as "was Ima even a side of her that actually exists inside Sedusa? Because it felt wholly an act" or "if Sedusa gets separated into good and bad, what would her bad side even look like since she's already a villain?". The better set-ups would be for Sedusa to either lose her memory through some accident and be handed over to the PPG who suspect she's faking it for some plot and she falls in love with the professor for real while living at their house and that love persists when her memories come back. Alternatively, Ima was an actual person and Sedusa's good twin who she simply stole the identity of and when the Professor meets her, the PPG think Sedusa is brazen enough to try the same plot twice, but with a better wig.

This doesn't sound like her exactly or even most professional criminals even with the fictional ones who have superpowers.Yes the criminal population has more Psychopaths but most criminals still have standards a morality they obeyed by. Psychopaths are calculated and would use anything they can to get advantage over people I haven't watched every episode of the old Powerpuff go series back to back but I just remembered that girl having hair powers and use her powers to steal money from very wealthy places such as Banks. Also I don't think most Psychopaths actually have normal anger problems or get angry like normal people even aggressive people the prime example of And antagonist at the Powerpuff Girls who might have a psychotic order like psychopathy or other such psychological issue flown to criminality or abuse would be the scientist old friend of the professor who sold at Supreme lack of empathy towards individuals he owed a lot to for his very own personal greediness. Even Mojo Jojo and Powerpuff Girls devil are capable of relatively positive relationships with other super villains it even if it was Criminal based.

>lack of empathy
When did she lack empathy? Unless you mean crime, in which case this describes literally everyone who breaks the law. But considering she didn't even kill or disable Bellum (softness which came to bite her in the ass later) and generally avoids collateral damage, she's quite empathetic, especially for a supervillain.
>shallow emotions
Her emotions seem perfectly normal in every context we saw her in.
>impulsivity
Her crimes required a lot of plans and patience. This doesn't sound like her at all.
>antisocial behavior
Again, this describes every single person who breaks the law. But she acts perfectly if not expertly in social situations outside of crime.

So no. That doesn't sound like her at all. Her manipulativeness is sociopathic, but I don't even think she's a true sociopath as her emotions and motivations are quite normal. And as I mentioned, she also has lines she won't cross, like needless damage to innocents.

I think you're confusing empathy with being kind or nice. Empathy is just the ability to know and feel what someone else is feeling. Lots of criminals are empathetic people who feel bad for committing crimes, it's just that their selfishness wins out. And again, something as simple as her just tying up Bellum instead of putting her in a hole in the ground shows that she has a good amount of empathy. Or her simply implementing a curfew for the girls to prevent them from fighting crime instead of twisting their personalities by creating a toxic home environment or poisoning them, for example. Or even the fact that she actually seduces men with preferential treatment as her end goal instead of ruining their life with blackmail or rape allegations. She's extremely nice as PPG supervillains go.

You're confusing psychopathy with sadism. Having a lack of empathy does not mean you'll do the most cruel thing when given the opportunity.

Empathy is the ability to understand other's emotions and giving value to it.

In this case, Sedusa does not care about someone who has fallen in love with her, does not care about children who are relying on her, does not care about the safety and reputation of a stranger, does not care about supporting the Gangreen Gang even after all that they've done for her.

Being a psychopath does not mean you are a monster.

How am I confusing it with sadism? Killing Bellum was simply the safest decision in that situation. Keeping her alive was only a liability. Same for when she infiltrated the girls' home: there were far more effective ways to exploit it for crime. This isn't about hurting people. This was about being an effective criminal and she was too nice for that.
>Empathy is the ability to understand other's emotions
Yes.
>and giving value to it
No. WTF are you even talking about? The emotions of an evil or unreasonable person are objectively non-valuable, the emotions of a stranger are subjectively non-valuable.
>In this case, Sedusa does not care about someone who has fallen in love with her, does not care about children who are relying on her, does not care about supporting the Gangreen Gang even after all that they've done for her
Because she's not in a situation where it would make sense for her to care about these things. She seduced the man and infiltrated the home with ulterior motives, with no desire to develop those feelings from the beginning. She used the Gangreen gang as a tool from the beginning. It's like saying an actor is a psychopath for not falling in love with his on-stage sweetheart or hating his on-stage antagonist.
>does not care about the safety and reputation of a stranger
Except she does to some extent. Like I previously mentioned, she picks less effective methods to minimize collateral.
>Being a psychopath does not mean you are a monster.
Really depends on the case and the type and severity of the condition. In some cases it absolutely does. In all cases, it prevents the person from functioning as well in society and being as humane as Sedusa is.

Can you guys just shut the fuck up and post pictures of Sedusa?

I don't know where the fuck people like you get all the energy to argue the psychology of an animated villain from a 90's Cartoon Network show as if you're in any way educated.

Buddy, if you just want to look at pictures of Sedusa in dead silence, go to any picture aggregator and put "Sedusa" in the search bar. That's not what /co/ is for.

Why do people do this? Why pretend stuff that is perfectly fine for kids and teens is actually porn? Just because you got a boner doesn't mean it's unsuitable for all ages. This is the gooner equivalent of that TV Trope page about how a child in weird lighting is the scariest thing of all time and is unsuitable for kids.
