I'd say "no". Not out of disdain for porn or anything of the sort, everybody consumes it at some point, and there are many NSFW artists with great skill in their craft, but intent makes the case I think. Art can feature nudity and sex and have greater value than fap fuel, while NSFW art is made specifically for people to jack off to and then move on, it has its place in the world, but I think even the artists who make them don't think there's much in-depth discussion to be had about them.
