the thing about art is, there's no reason at all that this guy isn't exactly like what you wish he were, and that he still knows about the escapist fantasy that many other guys have and he caters to it.
Like, he could be a chad that bangs a different girl every weekend, and in his off time he draws this comic -- I know it's unlikely, but it's not entirely impossible.
