What does it mean for a character to be confirmed straight? A lot of times characters get confirmed to be gay instead of bi based on either canon (that one guy from Kipo) or word of god (like Amity) but unless the creator outright says "this dude is straight" there isn't anything that says he couldn't be bi. I can't really think of any situations where they outright ruled that out, even the Kipo situation where they'll say they're gay, or with Amity where a "canonical" explanation is given" are kind of rare. As a result you could easily assume a given character in a gay relationship is bi.
