It felt like the only main, compelling release was A:GL, and that is the worst of all the Absolute books by far.

They aren't, the Absolute books are still doing way better than most of Marvel, even the Ultimate Universe. And other All-Ins are also doing pretty well.
DC is improving their numbers while Marvel is falling, generally, but the first week of the month is not when DC has anything interesting coming out.

I mean what DC books released this week that ought to have been in the top ten anyway?
