>>149301855 (OP) I remember constantly seeing people calling Shocker "Quilt man" or any variation of bedding-based names and I really have no idea why. What part of his costume implies bedding?

>>149301855 (OP) >>149303889 I've got to say, I've never seen why people find Shocker's outfit more ridiculous than anyone else in Spider-Man's rogue's gallery. Also, when did they decide to start portraying him as a joke character?
>>149301899 >>149305740 Late 80s early 90s is when he started to get a little personality shift from just a regular old villain. I wanna say deadly foes mini? I could be wrong but thatโs where Herms severe anxiety problems are mentioned and you see his other side just a tad. JMS really fleshed him out more during civil war era of marvel and thatโs where he fully shifts to shocker today. Superior Foes for some reason is just when people started to notice his slight goofiness more.

>>149305381 Do all these guys appear in something? I want to see the full costumes of a few of them.
>>149301855 (OP) With how serious Silvermane was played in TAS for the most part, finding out that he is a complete joke in the comics was kind of jarring.
