No. Scott died. Immediately after Emma had fake Scott kill one of the Inhumans' evil sentient mass-murdering farts. Then the Inhumans tried to summarily arrest fake Scott for crimes against evil gas well outside any legal jurisdiction the Inhumans might have had, and when Emma said fuck off, Medusa had Black Bolt summarily execute him.

Then the Inhuman media apparatus spun Scott as Hitler against Inhumans (note: the evil fart killed thousands of Inhumans) and everyone bought it including his past self. This is despite the Inhumans destroying a fat chunk of New York including basically all of Hell's Kitchen in the creation of the evil fart clouds.

Fake Scott literally never fought the Inhumans and Emma even had him point out that they could have reversed the effects of the cloud so that it was (even more) poisonous to Inhumans, but he didn't.

Also the entire event was predicated on Marvel forgetting secondary terrigenesis is a thing.

No. Of course not. Terrigenesis is dangerous as fuck which is why it was strictly regulated.

The vast majority of Inhumans exposed to the cloud died, and of the ones that survived you had cases of them killing everyone in the area when their powers went out of control on top of that.

There were also the cases where they came out as twisted abominations that if they were lucky were mercy killed.

Oh, and an entire Inhuman kingdom was turned into insane monsters by the evil sentient fart cloud.

This shit's just how Terrigen works. And this is setting aside secondary terrigenesis which marvel effectively retconned for the arc. This is just what the cloud did, not what it should have done. If Marvel remembered that shit, the Inhumans would have had to have been for destroying the cloud too, since it going global would have effectively caused their extinction just the same as with mutants.

The original plan was for Rogue to be the one that tried to expose the Inhumans killing mutants but she falls victim to the mist and Scott doing it for her, since Rogue was going to emasculate Scott when he initially let the Inhumans bully him into lying to Kid Omega (who's GF died from the mists) about the mists being fatal to mutants. And that once the truth came out, Quentin, Pixie, and the other New X-Men kids carry out a mass killing where they genocide a huge chunk og the Inhuman population which Medusa blames on Scott.

If I'm reading your ESL correctly, there's actually a point in there. The Terrigen clouds were roaming the Earth for about a year before it suddenly somehow became poisonous to mutants. This seemed like an obvious set-up for a reveal that a villain did it, possibly with the goal of trying to make the Inhumans and mutants fight, but the story never even bothers to explain how and why it suddenly started poisoning mutants.

Terrigen had always been dangerous to people who had enough Inhuman DNA to trigger the change but not enough to complete it, which meant it was only a danger to a minority of a minority of a minority of people. The Mists suddenly becoming toxic to mutants came later seemingly to setup IvX. And you're right, it really does feel like there should have been a reveal that the Purifiers or someone was behind it because mutant and Inhuman is all the same to them and taking them out would be much easier after they finished killing each other.

What the hell do you think the X-Men have been doing for years and years, anon? How blatant do Marvel need to make it that X-Men is for gays now, and it's never going to be "badass" again? It's never going to be like the cartoons you liked as a kid ever again.

It's a shame cause there are great X-men characters that I really like or enjoy playing as in numerous video games but the stories are so repellent in how they seem to despise the rest of Marvel. Like a page of a shit bendis OC like Goldballs jobbing out iconic Marvel villains then getting glassed by unrealistic cartoon racists is the lamest shit, having them treat the Serpent Society like loser jobbers constantly even back in an 80's issue instead of trying to make an actually engaging fight or having the Avengers villiifed for not being involved in X-Men stories when the opposite never happens. Try to imagine yourself being an X-fag, being so ignorant of the rest of Marvel that you think the Inhumans are literal space aliens that Marvel just made up in the 2010s, and being so in denial about the absolute state of the X-books in the mid 2010s that you truly think everything was fine and then one day Marvel had the audacity to dare start pushing other characters, and to reduce the number of X-Men books, yet there are still more than just about anyone else got.
And then, instead of just admitting X-Men doesn't sell as well as it used to, and a lot of the spinoff books were just bombing, which was completely true, Marvel were stupid enough to use movie rights as their excuse, feeding into the persecution complex of the X-fags.
