This one's my idea.

Fonts used are Sauerkrauto and Noto Sans.
The Uniformity with the EU's design is obvious. But also distinct enough to match up with what Doom would consider indicative of Latveria.
DS obviously stands for Doomstadt. Signifying both the province, and city of registry.
10534 is the car registry number, hinting that cars in Latveria may or may not be a luxury commodity.
1A is the fictional area code, and the 3 is supposed to be the car class.
The old "certain car classes aren't allowed to pass through certain areas" rule. Doom is orderly and efficient to a fault after all...
