Hanna-Barbera's best cartoon.
Hard mode: No Tom and Jerry
Very Hard mode: Nothing post Turner buyout.
>>149363245 (OP)Hmm.. it's either Wacky Races or 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.
>>149363245 (OP)I like a lot of HB shows but the best is pic related
>>149363427But since we are in very hard mode it's gotta be Super friends! It's so comfy
>>149363245 (OP)Either A Pup Named Scooby Doo, Swat Kats, or Space Ghost C2C if it counts.
>>149363245 (OP)Jonny Quest was good shit. It was unusually well animated for a HB show.
>>149363245 (OP)It's The Flintstones, obviously. Something like Johnny Quest for action.
I thought Top Cat was pretty good
>Someone makes a Hanna Barbera fighting game
>90% of the cast is Frank Welker
Surely you jest, anon.
Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw, Yogi Bear Show, Flintstones, Top Cat, Jetsons (preferably S1), Jonny Quest, Herculoids, Yogi's Treasure Hunt
Peak H-B (1960 to about 1968, 69) was IMO more consistently better than even WB. Warner made good shit (although Avery was kicking their asses once he got to MGM), but for every Piggy Bank Robbery or Wackyland there was a dull Sniffles the Mouse cartoon, most Beaky Buzzard cartoons, a lot of McKimson's cartoons, any number of pretentious Jones shorts, etc etc.
>>149363694H-B was better at creating appealing characters too, even shows I don't care much for like Jabberjaw or Clue Club, they have cool looking characters
WB hit it out of the park with the main cast eventually, but the fat Porky they tried for a couple cartoons was downright ugly, and Happy Rabbit and Proto Daffy had the same issue a lot of the lesser known WB characters have: bland designs. What kid is going to see a doll of Charlie Dog or the Gophers and say "I want that one, mom"
Wait Till Your Father Gets Home
>Hanna-Barbera's best cartoon.
Pic related. Sadly, the 80's and 90's follow-ups seem off in some ways compared to the short-lived original.
>>149363848This. People like to rip on Hanna-Barbera, but one thing I appreciate about that studio was its character designs, especially from the 60's and 70's. Whether it's HB shows I liked, hated, or indifferent towards, it was cool seeing them put some much care into their character designs more so than some recent and modern shows.
>>149363245 (OP)What would Hanna and Barbera think of Jellystone if they were around to see it?
>>149363245 (OP)Droopy if you're counting classic MGM with Tom and Jerry.
Deputy Droopy is the best cartoon ever created.
Pure Hanna-Barbera? Scooby Doo.
>>149363694>Chuck Jones>pretentiousYou are as meaningless as a melon! Undisciplined, unkempt and unaccountable, insignificant, indeterminate and inadvertent. Out of shape, out of order, out of place and out of luck.
