Good morning, grandpa. It's the that time of July when I seriously consider moving to Antarctica. But they don't get newspaper there. Enjoy the comics.
>>149378961 The river is clearly flowing left to right going by the placement of the waterfall, which means Shady's tent is the furthest upstream. Easy one.
>>149378961 2&3;Guy's right knee and pain star Seeing the openings of the tents, he poured a pile of them in front of them expecting them to wake up. P.S.- Emerging out of a tent and into a stream would have been a disaster. The trash served as a noise maker in that case. Bone, Yellow stamen on pink flower, Extra whisker on cat drawing, Extra feather on duck's wing, Boy's pinky finger and lock of hair in front a) Nile River
>>149379026 It looks like that is the answer, but I feel like this solution dismisses the possibility of trash being dumped by someone who didn't set up a tent, or someone who was farther upstream past the waterfall.

>>149379736 I see Rose is Rose in a new light after that one anon gave such a deep dive on this strip in a thread for it this past week. I actually feel kind of sad reading these now.
>>149382564 Basically, the version of Rose is Rose we get in these threads are made by artist Don Wimmer, who took over the strip from the original creator Pat Brady in 2004. Brady's run had a lot of playful art and writing (pic related) in it that's kinda downgraded in NuRose (but not as bad as NuNancy or NuHeart) but Wimmer's run has now going on longer than Brady's original run.
>>149379427 Man, I really want this comic to get better, and I'm more than willing to give it credit where it's due. But that makes it all the more frustrating when this strip doesn't even bother doing the bare minimum.
>>149381977 Rosebuds would've at least attempted to actually NAME some ghosts. Also wouldn't have that "you're so weird" line.
Like, why even have that? The fact that she's listing ghosts like she's a member of the Addams Family would've already made that obvious. It just feels awkward and forced, like they either don't trust their audience or their own punchline.

>>149384824 It's been years since I've seen her, what did she used to look like?
>>149379150 >>149379157 >>149379263 If anyoneโs curious, there was actually a strip from the early college year where you could see his eyes, which I got right here if you want to kill the mystery.
>>149379347 My dad's kinda like that with kids, similar haircut and glasses too, although he's such a goofball I don't think anybody's ever mistaken him for a threat.

>>149378961 The waters flowing in the opposite direction he's pointing. The trash couldn't go to where the waterfall is because that's where water mices FROM.
>>149384824 I think she looks better here than the earlier attempts at bringing her into the comic, but I'm not a fan of how toned down she feels now. She went from being this absolute mountain of a woman, with her massive height and bulk contrasting with her sweet and awkward personality, to just looking relatively normal. It's kinda disappointing when Ana originally being bigger than Rosa could made her someone she could look up to, both figuratively and literally.
>>149385441 She's had a lot of designs over the years, it's hard to really pin down a specific one.
I saw someone badmouthing bloom county earlier today. Not directly. There were calling some other shitty comic a "bargain bin" bloom county. Didn't even look similar.
This comic deserves more love, it's fucking hilarious.
>>149388526 >She went from being this absolute mountain of a woman, with her massive height and bulk contrasting with her sweet and awkward personality, to just looking relatively normal. It's kinda disappointing when Ana originally being bigger than Rosa could made her someone she could look up to, both figuratively and literally. With how the comic has depicted Rosa as the current awkward super giant I guess it probably would've been made pointless for there to be two.
