Ma6be not at manufacturing them (and even in that case the Americans are developing some amazing stuff), but innterms of cartoons, it's just a matter of drawing them. Good artists can come from any place in the world.

The sister robot in Astro Boy Who Could talk to animals was a bit confusing I think I saw only one cartoon in the 2000s but Astro Boy was based on that one scientist dudes to see son where did his so-called sister come from I also had a game on Game Boy Advance but of Astro Boy ( and I saw a character in that game in at Walmart today the Unicorn thing) but how and why does he have a sister?
