To give myself some more wiggle room in terms of prompt length, I removed the description of Kim's hair, because clearly Dalle knows her hairstyle well. Turns out that when you remove even the color of the hair, then her hair is very likely to get washed out in dark lighting, whereas it stays prominently red in otherwise desaturated/dark images (which I like) if you do mention its color.

From my recollection Bing hates "Wreck-It" specifically with the dash. I vaguely remember doing Vanellope prompts and getting a hard block when trying to prompt for text on her hoodie. But "Wreck It" would be fine. Going by what Linus-poster said, you can get him in as Ralph. Vanellope was also in this prompt for guidance but from a year ago:
