What's worse, batwank or jokerwank?

It strains credulity that somebody hasn't murdered the Joker by now, skinned him, and kept his skull on their desk as an ashtray. A guy who pisses off THAT many people, over and over, can he really stay alive for so long? "He's so crazy it's scary" stops being an excuse after a while. Even the real psychos in cartels get taken down sooner or later.

jokerwank is so fucking baseless it's just laughable, batwank is at least SOMEWHAT plausible about half the time.

Jokerwank makes way less sense outside of specific of specific circumstances.

Batwank, because Jokerwank is a byproduct of it. The worse Batman is wanked, the more Joker has to be wanked to keep up with him no matter how nonsensical it is because he always has to be the Bat's apex villain. The more grounded Batman is, the more grounded the Joker has to be by necessity.

Writers at least try to have Batwank be 30% believable half the time (he’s one of the best fighters because he went across the world learning, he has insane high tech gadgets because he’s rich, etc)

Batman is rich athletic muscular dude and studied and trained for years under the greatest masters, and still trains and studies to this day.
The Joker is just some lanky guy with no resources who went crazy and who as far we know has never studied or trained a day in his life, yet he can fight Batman and metahumans on equal footing.

You're thinking of old Batman stories, in post New 52 Batman stories, Joker is the ultimate unstoppable force of evil that even Batman can barely deal with, and other Batman villains are genuinely terrified of him.
