I liked her when I was a kid. Obviously she was supposed to come off as bratty/mean (though I think they did make her seem more sympathetic as the show went on) but I think the voice acting made her like unintentionally more endearing than she was supposed to be. Somehow it wasn't exactly a typical spoiled rich girl voice and sounded more childish or something than you'd expect.
