He's not relevant anymore because he hasn't fucking done anything in forever, his name alone carries him at this point but he makes more bucks being a vtuber streamer while pretending to be a girl. There are animators that are his equal or surpass him but he could still easily have a place if he just did something.

For 2D, not really. Most shit is 10 seconds long. If its longer, its a 2 minute long intro ripped from the source and 30 seconds of actual animation, or 30 seconds of animation and 2 minutes of showing the Patreon link. If fucking scammer hack frauds everywhere.
