Did some quick math using 5th avenue as an example, and that would be around 17.1 MPH.
Normally pretty doable, even on a moped.
The real kicker is traffic lights.
Even with an even split of clear crossings with no wait time and and just turned red crossings with full wait times, that would still add around 30 seconds per red light, or 10½ minutes. And that's low balling how long it takes to do a full light rotation.
